Description
A spray-dried whole milk powder with 26% fat content.
Dosage and application
30 g/kg, or 3% of the total mass.
To prepare 1 L of whole milk, mix 890 ml of water with 140 g of whole milk powder. 1 kg of whole milk powder yields 7.1 L of whole milk with a fat content of 36 g/L.
This powder can be used as is or reconstituted.
