Description

Espuma Froid is a Louis François blend consisting of emulsifiers, milk proteins, and non-palm vegetable fats.

It acts as a foaming agent for aerated creams (refrigerated or frozen). It disperses easily in powder mixes and is readily soluble in water or milk.

Dosage and application

60 to 100g / liter of milk - 6 to 10% of total mass
