Louis FRANÇOIS, born in 1882, was a self-taught inventor who was fascinated by the work of Louis Pasteur and other scientists of the time. He set up his laboratory in Paris and created his company in 1908.

He soon became interested in the problems of preservation, texture and emulsification encountered in food applications.

He designed specialities based on natural products: agar agar, gum arabic and egg powder, for example, which were used in the culinary arts.

Your missions

To strengthen its sales team, Louis François is looking for a SENIOR TELEMAKER - ASSISTANT FRANCE (M/F/X).

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager or his/her representative, your main mission will be to develop and retain the customer portfolio for the CRAFT sector and some industrial customers.

• Manage and develop existing customer portfolio (craftsmen, catering trade, small industrial sectors).
• Prospect for new opportunities (customers/markets)
• Promote product ranges
• Manage customer relations (response to requests, rates, complaints, etc.)
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with sales management
• Handling complaints
• Ensure commercial follow-up of orders and regular relations with customers in collaboration with field sales representatives and sales management
• Follow-up with customers (orders)
• Prepare, process and monitor samples
• Manage outstanding receivables in collaboration with sales and accounting.

Your profile

With a Bac+2 (2-year higher education diploma) in Commerce, you have at least 2 years' B-to-B experience in the confectionery sector - pastries ideally, or bakery, chocolate, ice cream, ...

• • You have an interest in Pastry / Cooking
  • You know how to make yourself available to meet the performance requirements of the business
  • You are at ease on the phone and on video, you have a good grasp of numbers and can react quickly to emergencies.
  • You have a good grasp of figures and are versatile and rigorous.
  • Good communicator, rigorous, autonomous, multi-skilled, organized, customer service minded, solution provider with a real strength of proposal, you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-growing company.
  • A good level of English is required for the position. (An additional foreign language would be a plus).
  • Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP is a must.
