Description
Muscovado is a sugar made from sugarcane juice using a traditional process unique to Mauritius.
It is a sugar richer in antioxidants and minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium because it has a higher molasses content.
Muscovado light brings color and a rich aroma to your preparations, while having a sweet taste and a lower glycemic index than sucrose.
Dosage and application
Can be used in the same way as sucrose.
