Description

Louis François has been working for several decades with a Canadian cooperative specializing in maple products.

The sap, harvested as early as February, is heated to produce maple syrup. This syrup is then recrystallized to obtain maple sugar and nuggets.

This amber-colored natural sugar offers a characteristic maple flavor. Rich in trace elements and nutrients, it is often used to add flavor and color.
