Description
This milk powder can be used as is, for reconstitution or as a dry mix.
It adds dry extract, creaminess and volume to ice creams and sorbets.
Dosage and application
- Ice cream: 30g/kg or 3% of total mix (variable according to ESDL)
- To reconstitute 1L of milk: mix 94g of milk powder in 940g of water (i.e. 10%).
- 1 kg of skimmed milk powder reconstitutes 10.6L of skimmed milk at 0.5 g/L fat content.
This product is not intended for feeding infants under 12 months of age.
