Description
Inulin is a highly soluble chicory fiber, neutral in taste and color. It has a low sweetness (around 30% that of sugar), and adds creaminess and body to preparations, reducing the amount of sugar and fat in recipes. It is also of nutritional interest, as it increases the fiber content of a product.
