Description

Gallichoco includes roasted malted barley flour, which gives it its color, and malt extract to enrich its taste.

This combination makes it possible to partially reduce the amount of cocoa powder.

Dosage and application

Dosage to be adapted to each recipe.
Substitution can be up to 70% in marble cakes, for example, and up to 30% in chocolate icings.

Use in the same way as cocoa powder.
