Description
FiPure Lin is a thickening, gelling, emulsifying and bulking agent. It gives an unctuous, smooth texture. Viscosity increases with rising temperature.
It can be used in a wide range of applications: sorbets, ice-creams and creams, as a replacement for eggs, in drinks and smoothies.
Dosage and application
1 to 30g / kg of mass - 0.1 to 3% of total mass.
