Description

CremePat Froid makes it easy to create smooth, freeze-resistant cold-rolled custard. Its composition contains no additives. Dosage may vary according to desired texture. Simply add water and use the cream in the following applications: flan, choux, éclair, millefeuille...

Custards can be flavoured to your taste (chocolate, coffee, alcoholic...).

Dosage and application

350 to 400 g/kg (35 to 40%)

  • Mix CremePat Froid and water.
  • Wait a few minutes for the texture to set.
  • Can be used immediately or frozen.
  • Note: dosage may vary according to the desired texture.
