Description
CremePat Froid makes it easy to create smooth, freeze-resistant cold-rolled custard. Its composition contains no additives. Dosage may vary according to desired texture. Simply add water and use the cream in the following applications: flan, choux, éclair, millefeuille...
Custards can be flavoured to your taste (chocolate, coffee, alcoholic...).
Dosage and application
350 to 400 g/kg (35 to 40%)
- Mix CremePat Froid and water.
- Wait a few minutes for the texture to set.
- Can be used immediately or frozen.
- Note: dosage may vary according to the desired texture.
