Description

PF baking powder (PF="phosphate free") is a balanced, phosphate-free baking powder.
It has been carefully formulated to guarantee optimum dough rising. Under the combined effect of humidity and heat, it releases carbon dioxide, aerating the dough without leaving alkaline residues. The precise balance between acidic and basic components prevents saponification, ensuring a neutral taste and improved digestibility.
