Step 1 Strawberry vodka infusion

Process
Blend the strawberry slivers into a powder.
Infuse the strawberry powder in the cold vodka overnight.
Filter the next day.
Step 2 Acid solution
The ingredients
10g | (25%) | Citric acid (![]() |
10g | (25%) | Malic acid (Louis François) |
20g | (50%) | Water |
40g | (100%) | TOTAL |
Process
Add citric acid and malic acid to water.
Heat in the microwave to obtain a homogeneous solution.
Step 3 Mixing with a spoon
The ingredients
4cl | (30%) | Strawberry-infused vodka |
1,5cl | (11%) | Agave syrup (Louis François) |
2cl | (15%) | Citric/malic acid solution (Louis François) |
6cl | (44%) | Ginger ale |
Process
In a glass, add the strawberry-infused vodka, agave syrup, ginger ale and citric/malic acid solution.
Stir gently.
Step 4 Assembly

QS | Fresh mint |
Process
Rim with strawberry slivers: dip the rim of the glass into the agave syrup, then into the strawberry slivers.
Pour the cocktail into the glass.
Add a slice of dehydrated lemon and fresh mint for decoration.
